Helen’s background has taken almost a full circle - going from her first career as a teacher, to insurance underwriting, to leadership, to training underwriters, to now building engaging programs of learning and development for organisations and coaching people to better self-knowledge and awareness. A few kms, careers, and continents have all contributed to the expertise Helen holds today.

In her role with ICE, Helen is both a pragmatist and a dreamer.
