Kanika is an Engagement Associate at ICE who supports the ICE team across a variety of projects and is passionate about supporting our clients and programmes by delivering key project outcomes.

She has a background in Geography and Environmental Science and is currently completing a Masters - with a focus on disaster risk management and participatory development of vulnerable communities. Her passion for educating people and supporting their access to pathways is part of her ‘why’ at ICE.

She moves between projects, assisting team members where needed. Whether that be engaging with talent, helping organise events, and other operational tasks.
