Kulina is the Managing Partner for ICE (Inspire, Create, Engage) a team of young professionals who champion other young people in their early in careers journey.

Purposeful in everything she does, Kulina is driven by her desire to see people from every walk of life experience a sense of belonging as they pursue their passions.

As a Finance and Commercial Law major and nearly 10 years of experience encouraging career pathways and engaging young people through people consulting programmes, Kulina notices every detail in business and people. Aotearoa New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and across the Asia Pacific region are just a few of the places Kulina has been able to use her expertise to serve local communities.
