Nathan is an Engagement Associate for ICE (Inspire, Create & Engage), where he works alongside an enthusiastic team of young professionals who champion other young people to thrive when stepping into their early career journey.

Nathan starts each day knowing he has the opportunity to meet new people, spread positive energy and of course enjoy his daily coffees. He has the natural ability to bring optimism and laughs to the projects he works on and making a difference is what motivates Nathan most.

Nathan is currently growing his experience with a degree in Social and Political Sciences, where he enjoys working across and supporting the research and development of a variety of our projects and programmes.

Nathan believes in the importance of creating spaces where young people can be honest about who they are and feel like they belong. Nathan is a huge driver in all that he does here at ICE.
