Sai is an Engagement Consultant at ICE and is motivated by his family. They are his why and what drives him to work at ICE to connect young people with current pathways or even trailblaze new ones with and for them.

Sai is passionate about connecting with young people to support their development and access to amazing career opportunities and experiences. With a Bachelor of Arts from AUT where he received the AUT Edge Award for Leadership and Volunteering Sai is a consultant who truly cares and champions others with his superpower – relatability!

A NZ born Tongan who grew up in Central Auckland area (specifically Mt. Roskill) and Melbourne and currently living in South Auckland, he is a proud Church leader who brings his all to the development and engagement of young people.
