Our contingent model provides flexibility without compromising quality. We use targeted search, market mapping, and structured assessment to deliver well-matched candidates aligned to role, culture, and long-term potential.

Flexible, low-risk recruitment - you only pay when the hire is made.

2Fixed-Term & Temporary Recruitment

Fees are pro-rated based on the equivalent permanent placement fee and contract duration.

This model provides fast access to experienced capability for fixed-term cover, projects, or periods of increased demand - without long-term commitment.

Example: a 6-month fixed-term role is charged at 50% of the annual salary × applicable fee %.

3Contract Recruitment

We support contract and interim recruitment across technology, transformation, leadership, and specialist roles.

Hourly, daily, or monthly rates are agreed upfront and reflect:

  • Contract length

  • Role complexity and specialisation

  • Payroll or contractor management requirements

Ideal for critical delivery, change programmes, or niche expertise.

4RPO / Virtual HR/Talent Teams / Embedded Recruitment Support

Available when additional recruitment capacity or specialist expertise is required.
