Natania is the General Manager of Consulting at ICE (Inspire, Create & Engage). In her role, she leads the Consulting team that work in close collaboration with partners, stakeholders, and clients to help them attain their organisational goals and implement innovative initiatives designed to empower their people.

Natania has accumulated a wealth of experience spanning more than two decades in Māori Health, Education, and Social Services. Throughout her career, she has occupied various significant roles, affording her the opportunity to connect with some of the most underprivileged communities at the grassroots level, as well as to partake in high-level boardroom deliberations that influence strategy and policy.

With her adeptness as a project manager, facilitator, entrepreneur, and leader, Natania has honed her skills in both the private and public sectors. Her remarkable ability to engage and establish rapport extends across a diverse spectrum of individuals, ranging from young people to commercial enterprises and executive leaders.
