18. Governing law and jurisdiction
Where you access the Website from Singapore, these Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
Where you access the Website from New Zealand, these Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
Where you access the Website from Australia, these Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without affecting any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Nothing in this clause limits any consumer protections you're entitled to under the mandatory law of the country in which you're based.
