Ariana is a Senior Consulting Coordinator for ICE (Inspire, Create & Engage), overseeing our rangatahi Māori pathways, across our early in careers programmes. She is passionate about championing the stories of incredible rangatahi and organisations across Aotearoa New Zealand.

The first in her whānau to attend and graduate university, Ariana is honoured to represent the result of all the hard work both her Mum and Nan empowered in her. She is motivated by the opportunity to create opportunities for other young people through her role at ICE and highlight impactful stories so everyone can have access to opportunities and knowledge.

However, the truly purposeful part of her work is knowing that she is part of an organisation that enables young people, including Māori, to have opportunities available to them that previous generations didn’t have access to.
