Jarrod's educational journey began at Waikato University with a Bachelor of Social Sciences, majoring in psychology. He developed a keen interest in human resource management during his academic pursuits. After completing a Post Graduate Diploma at Auckland University, he specialized in Remuneration Consulting. With extensive experience and his own consulting firm, he made a strategic transition to the dynamic field of recruitment. His professional journey includes owning a prominent recruitment agency and leading a recruitment team within a large organisation.

Jarrod leads ICE's Recruitment team, offering invaluable support as they collaborate with organisations to connect them with highly talented young professionals. His career is marked by the growth of meaningful client relationships, the facilitation of business growth, and the effective oversight of consultant teams, all of which he finds immensely gratifying.
